Question – Councillor Vanessa Liston: Can the council confirm why the Griffinrath site in Celbridge is listed on Kildare’s planning maps as exempt development (Section 5) when An Bord Pleanala ruled it was a non-exempt development and its status on previous council maps was unauthorised development?
