Municipal District: 18 November 2022

Motion: That the council install a footpath at Kilwogan Lane, Celbridge to facilitate safe  pedestrian access and a safe route for children walking and cycling to school. 

Report: The length of Kilwogan Lane from the footpath outside Thornhill Court to the  western end of Kilwogan Lane is over 800m. For most of this length insufficient width is  available within the road or margins to provide safe minimum footpath width. Significant  funding would be required to acquire lands and construct the proposed footpath.
