Municipal District: 18 November 2022

Question: Can the council investigate if there is an opportunity and scope for the introduction of a sustainable shared transport solution for the Celbridge-Leixlip Municipal District,  similar to the MOBY scheme in Tullamore, Athlone and Mullingar?  

Report: The Council is awaiting recommendations from the National Transport  Authority (NTA) relating to the coordination of shared micro-mobility initiatives within  the Greater Dublin Area. The NTA is due to report to the relevant local authorities in  2022 on this issue.
